Founded in 2017 by Sofia Guglani, a Colombian native and avocado lover, Avotoasty™ was born out of a mission to make nourishing food, fun and convenient. HI, I’M SOFIA
This journey starts long, long ago! Avocado was always a staple at our Colombian dinner table. However, I had always struggled with making “healthy” food choices. I had been taught that healthy food meant low calories, artificial sweeteners and eating boring salads. My relationship with food has drastically changed since I stopped thinking about calories or eliminating food groups all together, and started focusing on the nourishing and healing qualities of real food. My mission is to bring delicious nourishing food to all corners of the world!
