Hydrating Avocado Face Mask
Besides eating Toasty’s scrumptious and delectable avocado toast, including avocado in your self-care routine is the next best thing you can do. What You’ll Need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- ⅓ cup of plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Optional: 2 tablespoons of rolled oats / a ripe banana
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth
- Make sure your face is cleansed and dry, then apply the mask liberally to your face and neck
- Let the mask sit for 20 minutes
- Wash the mask off and follow-up with your regular skincare routine

What You’ll Need:
- ¼ fully ripened avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth
- Add the egg white, oats, and lemon juice
- Stir mixture until combined
- Massage into hands
- Leave mixture on for 20 minutes
- Rinse with warm water to reveal smooth, moisturized skin!

For those 21 and over, we’ve found the drink for you. If you love the refreshing taste of a frozen margarita, adding some creamy avocado and fresh cilantro will take it to the next level. What You’ll Need:
For the Avocado Puree:
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
- A pinch of kosher salt
For the Margaritas:
- 1 cup of blanco tequila
- ½ cup of fresh lime juice
- ½ cup of agave nectar simple syrup
- ½ cup of avocado puree
- 10-12 ice cubes
- Lime rounds for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the avocado puree:
- Blend the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a blender until smooth
- Set the mixture aside
- Make the margarita:
- Blend the tequila, lime juice, agave nectar simple syrup, avocado puree, and ice cubes until smooth
- Transfer to a chilled glass, garnish with a lime round and serve!
Baked Avocado Fries
Healthy alternatives to the classic potato fries have been trending for a while; you can satisfy your craving for something crunchy by eating sweet potato fries or kale chips. We’re here to say that avocado fries are just as yummy as those aforementioned snacks, and super fun to make! This baked avocado recipe by the Cookie Rookie makes juicy and flavorful fries– perfect for snacking while watching your favorite show, or bringing to a family potluck. They’re delicious on their own, and loved by kids and adults. (Plus, they’re great companions for our salad bowls, like the Salmon Bowl and the Chicken Bowl).

What You’ll Need:
- 2 large avocados
- ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of chile powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of panko bread crumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Cut your avocados in half, removing the pit from the middle of each
- Use a large spoon to carefully scoop out the entire half of the avocado in tact
- Cut the avocado lengthwise to form a “fry” shape
- Add the flour and spices to a flat plate, mixing them together with a fork
- On a separate plate or dish, scramble your egg
- Roll your avocado fries one at a time in the seasoned flour mixture
- Then dip each avocado fry into the egg
- After dipping the avocado fries in the egg, roll them in the panko bread crumbs, pressing down lightly to make sure they’re fully coated
- Put your battered avocado fries to a baking sheet
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes
- Remove your avocado fries from the oven, serve with your favorite condiment. You can even enjoy a matcha latte or beetroot latte from Toasty for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!
